LOOKING FOR _-{MF&F}-_ CAPO'S: A message from the Godmother

Dear Mafia Family,
I am proud to present some changes to the running of our family. It is my pleasure to present you with the opportunity to assist the family through greater responsibility. You can do this by taking the role of a Capodecine or being on a Capo's team!

We finally admit we're addicts, we love our mf&f family and interested in taking the game beyond leveling up, by building our mafia with family, joining in family mock wars! gifting! trades, sharing tips, protection and much more! Capo is offered to those who have MF&F’s best interest at heart as the job requires you to work independently, with your team, and keeping within the same guidelines with all other Capos and the family. Capo requires your leadership and communication skills as you will want to prep your team for their first successful battle.

I am adding family ranks to the MF&F team to relieve stress and lessen work from my shoulders. One person can't be made available to 100's of wishes in a day. A Capo will ensure that his team disperses this workload therefore making us a more efficient family.

If what you read so far peeks interest and you are available and ready to help defend your family, please take the following steps, on how to be a Capodecine. If responsibility of Capo is greater then what you can take on, but want to be on a Capo's team, state this in your response and a capo will be in touch with you.


:How to Be a Capo: (as you’re aware we're just getting started you will be one of the originals)

First step is building your squadron:
Ask around in the family who would be interested in joining your team. They will be listed as soldiers under you. It is important that your team is aware of the job risks and willing to take a spanking. You’re looking for 9 soldier ranging between 300 to 600+, two of these players need to be higher level players if possible to be your group’s power hitters and must carry the MF&F tag solo or be non-tagged.

  • If needed I can appoint a high hitter Torpedo whom other Capos will share.
    
    
    Step two:
    E-mail me your team , include: their names, mw and fb profile link.
    In return, I will send you a web page which will give you easy access to your team.


  • :Preparing:

    It is important to organize a daily meet with your crew. This will allow us to be prepared in receiving family assistance more efficiently. Only when all teams do this will it have its effectiveness.

    What is said to your team to prepare them is your call as you will be working independently with your group but so long as all Capos are working towards the same common goal.

    Never forget our groups foundation; Built on Family & Friends. We're a non-warring clan and have a strong reputation in negotiating. A Capo's position requires work, as it will be your duty to investigate the bully. War is never a capo's option.

    http://www.chatzy.com/ is the perfect place for your team to meet and where the Consigliere, Capo Bastone or Don can jump in time to time when needed. Before anything else, set up a chatzy room and send the link and password to your crew and GM. Chatzy rooms are easy to use and a great tool to keep the communications open with your crew.


    :Strategy:
    
    The role as Capo is to ensure help can be reached in the time of war and
    help is received to lower level players requesting bully 
    assistance. 

    As Capo you will appoint certain jobs to your team so that the 3 or 4 jobs that need to be complete by one person is now divided up among one team.

    Players who are requesting assistance from a MF&F Capodecine are to email a Capo listed on the left of our group's page. From there, a Capo who receives a request must start a new topic in the Discussion Board, followed up by a post by all teammates participating. Notify the Godmother by sending topic's link.

    By creating a new topic is like opening a ticket to the Godmother and her team and shows others you are not available at present time to take on a new case.

    All chats can be made private at this time between you and your soldiers. When case is closed and client and capo is satisfied, It is the capo's duty to return to your topic in discussions and post ~Closed~. Posts will be deleted by the Godmother 1, up to 365 days later.

  • Before anything else, it is important to find out the story behind the attacks. Not just find out but each individual gets MF&F treatment. No attack on them is to big or to little and we are here to help you! This is always to be made clear to all who ask MF&F for help.

  • Once your client feels at ease and understands the following questions are to help them, start asking them questions about the attacks. It's important to always find out if the # of attacks was one cycle or was it returning on a # of occasions.

  • Make it clear to your client your job requires making contact with the bully, knowing as much detail about the situation is important.

  • Ask your client if they retaliated or shared links. Regardless, it must be clear they do not retaliate. - Telling the bully they are not retaliating is the only tool we have when making contact.

    The Capo doing the messaging should send out a friend request first, if not they can be 
    reported as abusive to facebook for sending messages. it's up to them after everything 
    is over if they want to stay friends and share mafia.
    

    -Do one of two things. Send them a FR and put "mafia wars" in the message part of the request or put a message of what your goals are, like.... "I would like to talk about the attacks". You have to base it on case by case but, I would not message that person if they did not accept the friend request. not worth loosing your account.

  • Gather info by sending in one of your power hitters to attack, once. Note all necessary info to take back to their Capodecine. Once strength is noted the Capo can take note of who on their team will be attacking and who will be hitlisting, At this time, if peace without force cannot be met it will be the Capo's responsibility to coordinate their team and keep close contact with the bully and client.

    If peace talks does not end the attacks on your client, the capos second attempt can use slight force as a bargaining tool by sending in a team of soldiers. When all else fails the Capo will give the order to attack with a plan that best suits the situation.

    If the Capo's 2nd attempt go without no positive results, and your client hasn't retaliated from the time their request was received, then it is the duty of a capo to make contact with either the Capo Bastone, Consigliere or the Godmother herself for extra assistance.


  • Attitude Is Everything: The emails that are sent out to bullies are ones of interest in getting to know that person. Encourage them to join mafias. Ask them to stop the hits just because the person they're hitting is no longer enjoying the game and has asked for help.. the costumer is always right; shakes head in yes motion; attitude, is kept during all negotiations. more importantly, make sure the bully understands that the gamer you are helping is not retaliating.
    - Keep words clean and simple puts the bully in a position to having to stop bullying to save his reputation of a nice guy or be marked as intentionally going out of their way to bully.

    Before the case is officially closed, send the following info to client.

  • Share some Players Update info. with your client.
    Example:
    Stick with the fight pages. Help your client understand that all attacks your client makes from the fight page will show up in the other guys news feed, so for them to fight back from their own players updates is asking for a friendly war. (((this is a whole different subject, however))) then helping them with their bully problem. keep it simple, explain how the 'Players Update' pg works is important for all mw players to understand.

  • Starting as a New Capo: Your team will need to train in order to be able to work together and build communications, plus you will need training to be an effective Capo. I feel the best way to do that is by conducting mock scenarios for your team to work together on. Your team will have 2+ training sessions ... there will be a decoy asking for help from a bully at some point.

    (More detail on how this work will follow later) You, personally, will know it's a training session. Your team will know after it is all over along with the results, which I email out. Results:

    1) Team work: how well did you all work together
    2) Used proper procedure for handling the bully and client
    3) Quickness of responses

    Your first training session will start when you feel your team is ready. Your team knows at some point there will be 2+ future decoy training sessions and your job is to prep, prepare, and treat all cases like they were real.

    If your team passes with flying colors you can thank good communication skills for that. After your 1st successful decoy training session you will be promoted to Capodecine and can start taking on real cases and building your team to 20.

    -SIDE NOTES- To be or not to be under the radar:

    Staying under 20 health acts like a shield from attacks, better known as, staying under the radar. When you hitlist or punch and it reads sorry this player is to weak.. they are actually shielded by your attacks only because their health reads below 20.

  • TIP: Keep under the radar, don't waste GF pts on health, when anytime you want to refill your health just simply visit NY and use ny cash to heal at the hospital and only attack untagged players till health is back under 20 again.

    As you become a stronger character you will read more wins w/experience, then losses in your updates. Most times the players are just using the fight page.. they hit as many times it takes to ice you or a kill and then they move on. As you become a stronger character you will read more wins w/experience pts, then losses in your updates.

  • TIP: Depending on your own preference and character strength you may choose not to stay under the radar as you need health to allow others to try to attack you. The stronger you are the more experience pts you earn when others attack and lose to you.

    EXTRA INFO for the Capo:

    All high level players need a ton of experience points to level up and they find them by playing aggressively. This is not considered bullying. To gain these points, gamers will need to participate in creating wars.

    Personally, I rather start a war with a rival who attacked me first. - When you attack from the fight pages it will automatically show in your opponents updates, so I scope out my 'players updates' to see who lost against me and attack them about dozen or so times.. maybe even hitlist them.. My goal at this point in the game is to get their attention. This does not make me a bully.

    The back and forth between families should not last any longer then 3-5 hours.

    When players updates get old we don't go back and attack repeatedly. Gamers who return to attack more then one cycle gives your client the option to start a mafia war on their own, or do not retaliate, stay under the radar and ask the MF&F family to step in.

    Players who are tagged MF&F are members because we are a non-warring clan, therefore it is a requirement to not retaliate after the 1st cycle.

    If their rival chooses to take it beyond the first cycle and is relentlessly attacking your client for longer then 10+ hours,.. ask your client to keep records of attacks and post them to the topic your capo has set up. As long as there is NO retaliation from your client after the 1st cycle; NO hitlisting, NO advertising links etc., then the family will step in to help.

    Your power players are there to target bullies as needed.
    Action is only put forth on a Capo's or Don's call.
    we're a non-warring clan and have a strong reputation in negotiating with bullies.
    It is the Capo's duty to keep the communication open between capo and bully/client at all times.

    More Side Notes Are you being bullied?

    Did you know as long as you don't retaliate then the majority of gamers move on.

    In most cases, gamers are just attacking from the fight page, to which their actions show up in your players updates. You can choose to retaliate and start a war for points, (not recommended for lower levels), or you can choose to ignore. - 98% of the time it will show one set of hits and they have moved on.

    Understanding your attacker

    Because I join the ranks of being a strong player I will have more wins against attacks gaining me experience points. Hitlist me, I will gain even more points as others lower then me attack.     If your rival chooses to take it beyond the first cycle and is relentlessly attacking you for longer then 18-24 hours,.. keep record of attacks and send in to a CAPO via inbox. As long as there is NO retaliation from you after the 1st cycle; NO hitlisting, NO advertising links etc., then the family will step in to help.
